4. Custom Embroidery & Handcrafted Nature

Each collar is handmade in Post Falls, Idaho.

• Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of cotton webbing, slight variations in stitching and pattern placement may occur.

• Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that names and contact information provided for Personalized Collars are spelled correctly at the time of order.

Plush Collars by Jen shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
