The collars are machine washable, but should be washed with like colors on a cold, gentle cycle to maintain the integrity of the attachments. We recommend air drying to prolong the life of your Plush Collar.

Despite working as a veterinary assistant full-time, orders placed prior to 5pm PST will be assembled same day and shipped out the next day. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!
